Renowned by international chefs, the Dining Room features sumptuous three- or four-course meals prepared daily by owner Janine Wenzel. The menu includes everything from escargot soup to Janine’s famous recipe for chicken breasts featured in the New Flavours cookbook. The dining room is fully licensed; a fine selection of wine complements the dinner. Fresh seafood arrives daily. And there are always gourmet surprises in store for those with adventurous tastes! Janine also prepares elegant picnic and party fare at her guests' request.
